Calligandes v. Esquire Diner (Alpha Diner Corp.)

​In April 2061, a former server at Defendants’ diner filed a lawsuit in federal court in Brooklyn, New York for failure to pay minimum wage and overtime, as well as other labor law violations. Specifically, the Plaintiff alleges that she was paid an extremely low hourly wage at straight-time rates and thus did not receive minimum wage or overtime.
