Galindo v. St. Nicholas Fish Market and Kai Fish Market

​In June 2016, an employee of Defendants’ two fish market and seafood restaurants filed a lawsuit in federal court in Manhattan, alleging unpaid minimum wage and overtime as well as other labor law violations. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that, regardless of which location he worked at, he received a flat weekly rate that did not provide him with overtime premiums even though he typically worked well over 40 hours per week.
