Paguay v. Cho Dang Gol (Toledo 35 Inc.)

In June 2016, a kitchen helper and porter at Cho Dang Gol filed a lawsuit in federal court in Manhattan, alleging unpaid minimum wage, overtime and other labor law violations. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that he was paid a flat weekly rate that did not pay him at least the minimum wage or provide overtime premiums even though he typically worked much more than 40 hours per week.
