Taylor B. Graham

Biography

Mr. Graham received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was an Irving R. Kaufman Scholarship recipient and earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Prior to law school, Mr. Graham was a member of the Jesuit Volunteer Corps working as an organizer and legal advocate for low-income and immigrant tenants at a non-profit organization in Brooklyn.

Taylor B. Graham is a partner with Pelton Graham LLC who joined the firm in 2009. Since joining the firm, Mr. Graham has gained extensive experience representing individuals and groups of employees at all levels of state and federal litigation including multi-plaintiff jury trial and appellate court practice. Mr. Graham is a member of NELA and NELA’s New York Chapter, and the American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section.
