“Know-your-rights” Training

Our attorneys and staff collaborate with community and legal groups to host “know-your-rights” training, helping to educate people about their rights as workers and consumers.
Areas addressed include the right to payment of overtime premiums, rights of undocumented workers and consumers, forced arbitration agreements, waiver of rights and release of claims, among others.

Pro Bono Legal Representation

The Pelton Graham team contributed over 200 hours of direct pro bono representation in 2019.
Areas of pro bono representation included assisting employees with filing claims with the Department of Labor and other administrative agencies, advising employees regarding employment agreements, and negotiating compensation upon separation from employment, among others.
